I went to use the restroom facilitys on the safeway on 39th and powell. It was between the times of 3:15 and 3:35 a.m. (july 6 2011) So I go grab a few things and realize I need to use the restroom. So I walk to the customer area and get the "restroom" key. I go into the restroom and use the facilities. Then I realize that there is no toilet paper or paper towels.
