I signed up with Vianet Webzone in December, 2009. On May 17th, 2011, I was notified by Vianet it was migrating to a new hosting system. My hosting is paid up through October, 2011. It is July 6, 2011 and my website is still not migrated over. I have called and submitted customer service and technical support requests but no response. My website has been down since May 17th and my online business has shut down. Never received any response fromVianet. IF YOU WANT A SUPPORTIVE BUSINESS PARTNER, DO NOT SELECT VIANET WEBZONE.
