Barry's Bootcamp includes a free trial period for 'VIP' web access. Although I cancelled within the trail period, they continued to charge the quarterly fee. The cancellation was completed through their website but their customer service representative insists they can't access the information. This is one of those situations where they run you in circles trying to stop the charges and you're left trying to prove that a service you didn't want in the first place was cancelled. Please be cautious ordering products from this company. Once they have your credit card information they can continue to charge it. read full review »
