Prosperity Learning LLC refuse to honor the refund policy stated in contract. On March 1, 2011 I signed a contract for Prosperity Learning services. On March 2, 2011 I called and emailed them with my request to cancel their services within the three day timeframe for contract cancellation and refund. Prosperity claimed that they never received either request. Subsequent calls to Prosperity yielded no refund or official acknowledgment of my request to cancel service.
