Wave Kirsch owner of Highskydevelopment.com, produced a cookie cutter site for me after responding to my ad on Craigs. He asked for no money up front and would never give a website developer any money upfront ever. After two months he gave me a site which I did not like because I asked for more frills then the clone site I suggested.
