Ordered biofreeze on 5-27-11. My credit card was charged on that date. As of 7-5-11, NO ORDER RECEIVED. Impossible to talk to a human being. Asked to have my order cancelled. E-mail said my order will be put at the front of the line???????? At the front of the line after 5 weeks?????? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
