I booked my reservation through Tripres.com for a six-night stay at M Spa and Casino Hotel, Las Vegas, NV. Tripres.com did not tell me that in addition to the amount I paid them for the six nights, I would incur an 'Amenities Fee' at the hotel, which would not be negotiable or refundable. When I arrived at the hotel for check-in I was informed that an 'Amenities Fee' of $27.50 per night would be charged.
