I have a very bad experience with Sears Home Repair Services from Southern California District in Ontario. The more I complained, the worse services I received. Not only it is difficult to get an appointment that fit our schedule, their technicians are so incompetent. Technicians did not order all the parts need to do the repair. Moreover, one of the technician came without the tool to do the job! Please do not buy Sears Warranty Service. read full review »
