Should have checked for complaints in advance. Bought a Plantronics voyager pro bluetooth headset advertised as new, not in original packaging. Worked one day then battery died. Will not hold a charge. Advised by Plantronics that factoryoutletstore.com is not an authorized seller, which is fine. However, also indicated specifically that they have received other complaints about Plantronics items sold by this website. Avoid was their recommendation. FOS.com did immediately send return authorization form to my email address. Returning for refund. Will update if refund is not posted in 3 to 5 business days as promised. read full review »
