I applied to receive coupons for the DTV program and i recently received a letter stating that Im not eligible to get the coupons because someone already used my address. I live in a row house and the only difference between me and the other neighbors that lives in the same complex is that we have different letters for our apartment number. I think that is why they are saying that my address has already been used.
