We are like most home owners. The company my lost his job when the company he work for 11 years went out of business. He then got another job and adter 2 months was laid off again. He then had to take a job making less money. In the meantime Wells Fargo informs us our mortgage payment is going to go up. I called the company and informed them we could not affford the payment and they informed me the steps that I needed to do for loan motifation.
