Home Perfect must have a great team trolling the internet - they come up with great reviews (even says so on their customer service line). HOWEVER, their live chat does not respond; when I called the customer service line I got forwarded to a voice mail (this was during normal working hours). When I spoke with a person, she immediately forwarded me to voice mail after ascertaining I had ordered the item on line. My order was backordered - it has now been twice the estimated time in the original email -- and I have been unable to get any information about the status.
