I would like to put a formal complaint against Atomic Shuttles in Christchurch. I was scheduled to travel with Atomic booked shuttle service for round trip transportation service to Lake Tekapo departing Feb 23, 2011 and returning Feb 24, 2011 through the ISite. Due to the earthquake on February 22, I was transported to a shelter and because the center of Christchurch was blocked off and I did not travel as planned on February 23.
