I purchased this T.V. June 2010, three months later it went haywire. It was past the 60 days to return for a full refund. Lucky I took out the extended warranty. The set literally would lower the volume and turn itself off. After a second or two back on or before it turned itself off, the menu would pop up.. Under manufacturer warranty, I spent TWO hours on the phone with a tech in Thailand or someplace in that region walking me through a process to try and fix it.
