When i was initially hired by this company i was informed that i would be a dispatch tech and training to become a tech. During which time i didn't recieve much training but rather spend 2 weeks with each current tech and then sent back to dispatch. Upon being moved from dispatch to tech i was told i would recieve a pay increse. Not only did i not recieve the pay increse but i was moved into the tech position in a suspicious and un informed manner.
