Incident = On Jan 25, 2009 purchased a living room set (Sofa, love seat, and chair) I was told it would be in within 2-3 weeks no later than that. after 5 weeks I called and was told that the chair was in and the rest of the order would be in within a couple of days and to call back. When I called back three days later I as told the order was not there and they did not know when it would arrive. I then requested a refund and was told that I had to wait another 90 days before I could cancel. I've contacted my Credit card company and requested they cancel the payment to Jason's... Damage Resulting = so far I'm out $1300.00 bucks!!! read full review »
