I bought a laptop for my daughter at christmas and the hinge broke from opening and closing it. I took it to a store to fix and they said that Hewitt Packer should fix it free since there was no damage to it. It looked like it was a bad hinge that was put in. I sent it to the company and they are telling me it was damaged but not from dropping it but opening and closing it and i need to pay $273 to get it fixed.
