Miken Construction does send out pay checks once a week but they try to find every excuse not to pay, to short-pay, or to send you out on a job a second time to complete further work at your expense. They have a constant turn-over of employees (which also has to tell you something) and you speak with someone different almost every time you talk with them over the phone.
