In April 2011 I purchased 6 tickets from Northside for a June 18 Ruben Blades/Gilberto Santa Rosa concert in Miami. The tickets I had ordered were supposed to be on the main floor level at $205 each, plus $25 for express delivery - some $1250 in total. THREE DAYS before the show I still didn't have the tickets. I contacted Northside and an agent named Angela said that tickets on the main floor were no longer available, and that the best 6-seat contiguous block she could offer was in the sixth row of a center section in the balcony... read full review »
