I have had nothing but trouble with them. They initially signed me up with a free DVR offer. They sent me an incompetent tech to install the service. He did nothing but complain about working and informed me he needed to go meet his girlfriend for a concert. He did not set the service up correctly and left two receivers unconnected and sitting on the floor. I had to finish setting it up myself.
