Google has once again taken my money. I submitted a complaint on this site in March of 2010 regarding Google dropping me from adsense with no legitimate cause. Now Google has charged me for adword services I did not request. They refuse to refund the money and will not let me talk to a supervisor. I live in a community near one of Google's offices and I am well aware of the company's collective arrogance, however this treatment is unfair and unethical.
