I also had an all too familiar experience with Bari Furniture. I bought a sectional couch on 1/3/11. Three damaged couches later and countless phone calls to them; they just processed the refund (7/7/11). I submitted my experience to the Better Business Bureau and started looking at other customer feedbacks on the web trying to understand if my experience was as a rare occurrance as Bari was representing it to be.
