I ordered the Ab Doer Twist from Thane.com, then decided I wanted to cancel my order. Spoke with a CSR, whom I barely understood, offered me a discount to keep my order. Note: No policies or rules were explained to me during my conversations with both CSR's I spoke with. Then on 6/16 I decided I just wanted to go ahead and cancel my order or just return it once I got it (it already has shipped).
