We have been customers of PC Richards for decades. As property owners we have frequent need to purchase appliances in two different states. We recently purchased a refrigerator for a rental apartment. They delivered a damaged refrigerator and the tenant noticed it and refused it|. On the next delivery they scratched the saddle in installing the refrigerator|. The tenant noticed it!. PC Richards was notified and sent someone out to see the damage.. They denied they had caused it!. We are surprised by such blatant disregard for long-time customers/. We will never purchase another thing there, . Boo PC Richards. read full review »
