Havertys screwed up an order we placed April 2nd. The furniture we ordered was finally delivered on June 17th! They did (so they said, but not yet confirmed) give us a $100 refund- which was the cost of the delivery|. We paid $300 for Guardian protection for 4 barstools, one pub table and two swivel chairs, that were the screwed up custom order|. They provided us only one box of Guardian protection product which contained a can of furniture polish, a dust cloth and polishing cloth for use on the table/bar stools:.
