Approximately 3 years ago 2 men arrived at my home and sold us on a home security system. They represented themselves as working for Firstline Security. My account was then sold to SAI Security and now sold again like a ten dollar whore to CastleRock. On June 23rd 2011 I sent a letter to Castle Rock (as this was at the end of my contract) and I received and email response from them indicating they could not accept my request and automatically renewed my account for another year.
