This saga has continued since 2004. Our VP Trustee was a puppet. CALL THE FED'S! In Dec 2011 I was forced into accepting 5th/3rd Bank resignation as my fbo Trustee and sustain from litigation before my well ran dry! In 2007 I questioned a Fbo Trust K-1 Filing with the 5th 3rd Trust Tax Department rep in Cincinnati. ...Bank procedure is they notify my Trustee. He was notified for 3 years. OOPS!
