Bounce Energy SUCKS!!! They continue to send me bills with a fluctuating rate AFTER I have signed up for a fixed plan. In the past I call and speak to a customer service reps who have the communication skills of a slug but then call to inquire about the bill I just received and they say that since I am not on the account they won't discuss it with me.
