well just got off the phone after spending another 30 min or so being shifted around from hither and yon. Bottom line, nothing was resolved on an issue over a year old and I stil am being told that there are "conditions " that have to be followed when using the protection plan that I pay a monthly fee for. Is there anyone at DTV who can solve this situation for me???? Service used to be excellant, seems growing up did not benefit DTV, it worsened it!!! read full review »
