I was treated with prejudice and man handled by a security guard, without provocation. Drivers were all rude and condescending, bossy and disrespectful, not at all helpful. Complaints department has not been helpful in resolving my complaints or finding my luggage they lost in Amaillo, TX. Greyhound requires that customers be in charge of their luggage, yet in Amarillo, TX, I was shoved into the station and denied acess to my luggage for transfer. Literally shoved and yelled at.
