We have had three visits already this year to repair our air conditioning. Last year, we also required multiple visits; some where the technician would come out and say he couldn't test the line because it was raining, and then we would have to pay for a repeat visit. Upon our renewal period, I told them I would not renew because we were tired of paying for the same thing to be repaired over and over. Our last repair was 32 days ago.
