I was a customer today at store number 1815 in gainesville, florida. I am extremely upset with the individual i dealt with who happened to be an appointed manager at the time that i was there. His name is THI i didn't catch the last name. I was dealing with getting a moneygram order refunded from earlier in the day. I went back to the store and this person was very rude and he did not work with me on gaining my money back which was a substantial amount.
