Bought a set of discs from her. Most of them were so-so. 2 of the discs were defective. She said to return them and she would replace them. Sent them back and after a long wait I emailed Crystal asking about my replacements. She said she never got them. She wrote that I should tell her which ones were defective and she would replace them. She never did. This whole thing goes back 5-6 months. Turned them in to the BBB and she ignored them. Since she wanted a check by mail, I informed the postal inspectors hoping they could help. read full review »
