My daughter's flight from Paris to Boston was switched by Air France (Delta's Partner) because the flight she was on was overbooked. However they charged her for the switch which they should not have done. I called Delta and they had no record of their partner charging my daughter's card. So Delta's partner is ripping of Delta and Delta's customers. However, I have not been able to get anyone at Delta to take charge of this situation and correct it.
