I've been living at 2871 Glen Gate Circle, Helena Alabama 35022 since June 9, 2009 paying $1400.00 a month dealing with the landlord not doing repairs on a timely manor and with threading calls and mailing me eviction letters one day. Then he turns around and send me a letter to voiding the eviction notice.
