JK Harris ruined us. The agent handling our case did not represent us well at all. IRS called me directly complaining that she could not get the information needed for our case and I ended up giving the same documentation to The IRS and paid out of pocket 45.00 to fax the info to the IRS, not to mention paying JK Harris 3500.00 to handle our case. We were denied twice and now have to pay the full amount. Contacted JK Harris for a refund, that was also denied.
