Chase took over my mortgage account back in 2006, every since then...there has been nothing but problems. First, when they purchased the loan from the first lender they entered the incorrect address. My street address is 4700 and they entered 7700 in the system. I called them several times regarding this issue because I was having problems proving where I lived!
