I recently placed an order for thermogloves from this company. After taking my money via Yahoo Stores they sent me an email that the goods were out of stock. They did not give any indication when the gloves would be back in stock and asked if i wanted to cancel the order. Shopping cart software should know stock levels so how come the order went through? When i queried their practices and failing to advise an estimated delivery time they cancelled my order. One week and several emails later my credit card still has still not been refunded the $150 i spent. read full review »
