Reported roof leak in late January. It's been leaking gallons of water into my living room each time it rains and the problem remains unfixed and I'm stuck in a lease with these people. Don't move here! It's higher priced and you think it's nice until you have a roof that's leaking then you get a lot of lip service with little results...It's the end of April and it still is leaking...but they are "working on it".
