Having to write a letter to cancel account and stop draft is problematic enough - but for 2 more drafts to occur after letter is terrible customer service. Exactly the reason why these gyms and their outsourced financial companies have such a bad reputation. If you really want the service of a gym and these guys are the financial option - walk away.
