On December 6th, I received an email from this company promising a $25 gift card for any purchase over $75 before 8pm EST. I placed an order and received a confirmation email at 7:51pm EST. My order total was $87.33. When I called Hollister to inquire about my gift card, I was rudely informed that my merchandise total was only $72.00. I asked if I could add any more to make my total enough and of course the answer was no, and if I return the order, my shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
