I bought a pair of boots from a Cathy Jean store in the fashion island at Newport Beach store, then found they were of mismatched sizes. The next day, I went to the store at 445 Los Cerritos Mall (Cerritos, CA 90703) to return them with the receipt. However, the crew refused my return bluntly, claiming the mismatch would mess up with their inventory. I was told to go back to the original store, 30 miles away to do my return.
