Applied bank is a scam. If you want a secured card and then change your mind, they will still take the money from your checking account. I asked for $200 to be taken out for the cost of the secured card. I requested it for july 5th. I went and read reviews and saw that they were negative so i called and told them nevermind. cancel my payment. They said I would not be charged AT ALL. I cancelled on the 1st of July 2011.
