Unfortunately, with a large phone bill that incorporates the charges of our DSL, phone, Watts line, messaging and long distance, we did not notice the $29.95 per month being added to our bill for the past 3-1/2 years. After calling the numbers for AT&T, they told us that OAN was an independent agency who simply bills through AT& T's system.
