FirstUSA let me carry a credit line of $8, 500. I paid this off and started charging again. So, to reward a good customer they reduced my line to $4500 and started charging a $29.00 over limit fee. When I questioned this they told me that it was too bad that's just the way it is. This was by phone and e-mail. Beware, FirstUSA claims they will give you the highest credit line possible. They only want to get you hooked. Then they stick it to you regardless of your record. read full review »
