While he was in boot camp I received his mail. One day I opened his Sovereign Bank checking statement and found a inactivity deduction for $12.00. The next month there was another inactivity $12.00 deduction. I called customer service and explained that my son was in boot camp for 17 weeks. The response was too bad, this is our policy.
