I placed an order through their website two days ago. Did not receive a confirmation email but it was stated in my order history. Today I checked my order history and there was nothing on it. After spending what seemed like two hours on the phone with three of their outsourced customer service agents, they were not able to find my order. First lady told me two accounts were created under one email and that there was an order. She said she will email an order confirmation to me and it should get there in 5-10 minutes.
