I ordered prosvent for my father w/ expodited shipping and it still did not arrive after 11 days. I called to cancel and have my card credited for the money we put out to have it sent to us and was told they cant do that and we would have to pay to have it returned!!! This is just rediculous...my fault for not looking online at all the negative reviews first...be smart unlike me and DONT DO IT! read full review »
