RipoffReport.com has a mixed bag of complaints and happy customers whom could be Geek Squad's company people. I was sent a post card to say last chance to renew coverage on my computer warranty in 30 days 07/06/2011 arriving today 07/09/2011 by 08/02. Their phone number & website is listed with MY access code on the post card. What made me suspicious was the city and state listed above well known in tv coverage for the devastation tornadoes.
