Fresh Direct has the worst customer service ever! Tuesday night before Thanksgiving I was home waiting for my order until 11:30pm. No one bothered to tell me it wasn't coming, or contact me in any way. When I finally did get through to customer service I was told my order wouldn't be delivered until around 1am. No apology or anything. And considering I needed to be up at 6am on Weds, that really was not acceptable.
